To combat gender inequality within companies, the government has set up an online tool to calculate the pay gap between male and female employees.
The professional equality index enables companies to calculate the pay gap between men and women.
It was introduced by the Law on the freedom to choose one's professional future, and concerns structures with at least 1,000 employees as of March 1, 2019; those with at least 250 employees as of September 1, 2019; and those with at least 50 employees as of March 1, 2020.
Pellet ASC carried out the 100-point assessment, based on the following criteria:
|
Having made the calculation using Index Egapro -an online calculator set up by the French Ministry of Labor-, the result is INCALCULABLE for the 2022 period.
* The total number of calculable indicators is calculated out of 100 points, using the proportionality rule. |
Calculable indicator (1=yes, 0=no) | Indicator value | Points obtained | Maximum number of points for the indicator | Maximum number of points for calculable indicators
1- Pay gap (in %) | 1 | 3,78 | 36 | 40 | 40 |
2- Differences in individual increases (in % points or equivalent number of employees) | 0 | INCALCULABLE | 35 | 0
